Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Anyone know if there are more rounds coming? If we didn't hear anything are we in the clear?

There are ALWAYS more rounds coming.

Learn what you can, get different experiences, and think defensively about your next job - internal or external.

You will not be working for PepsiCo for your entire career. Accept that.

I think they are keeping payroll admins around until the end of 2023/beginning of 2024. They have to train management and GBS on how to do payroll. Payroll will then be let go and given a package in 2024 when they stop matching the pension

If you don't have too many years in then look for another job now ! They are clear that it won't stop and the HR talk of "people agenda" is a sick joke.

As a (previous) employee of 20+ years…. You won’t be all clear till you find another job outside the company or actually retire at will. You’ll be working/living in fear every Aug-Dec and Feb-march of every year

This window of layoffs is between November and February. It's not over yet!
