It's been clear to me for a while now that things can only get worse here. People are already talking about the next round. Cuts have become a constant and hard work is not valued here at all.
So what's there to hope for and why make additional efforts? Perhaps I should be doing triple workloads? - I certainly won't. In the meantime, I will only do what is necessary and wait for the package.
