I can't be the only one who knows their workload is about to double if not even triple after the dust settles on the latest layoffs. The work of my laid-off coworkers has to be done, and unless they hire replacements right away, I know those of us left will be expected to do it. It's not the first time this happened and it won't be the last. It makes me think there are no winners here. Laid off or not, we're all losers.
