RTP is not closing. There are 5000 employees in RTP. The campus may consolidate such has happened in San Jose, but all 12 buildings in RTP are not going away. There are too many labs and other support services there (TAC, Gov't TAC) that are not going anywhere.
Everyone is getting rid of underused commercial real estate. Makes sense.
They’re not closing the entire campus. They’re consolidating buildings, though.
