The problem is Amazon's management style will now spread to the rest of industry as some of them get hired elsewhere.
I’ve been through more than 50 layoffs in my tech career, so at this point, it just feels normal, I am conditioned... WE have LRs here every February and August /// same sh-t but , different months. When you hear about 30K out of 350K being cut it barely surprises me anymore but %s align wiht what Cisco is doing. All you can really do is keep your skills fresh and maintain your connections.
