Do we think they are changing the reporting structure for admins to a higher amount of leaders per person? If your an admin, and you have a open role (vp, SVp or sr) are you getting let go too?

In 2015, the admin layoffs happened for many at later date, maybe a month or so later. The reason was to have them around to purge files and basically close things out if the leader they supported was impacted. It might not be that way this time, but it was back then.
I would say the admin roles could be affected. If they remove a VP and combine teams, there will probably be some admin loss.
