At least offer a package to all employees 55 and older, replace them with AI 😂. or lower cost resource provider (India/Brazil). They need more AI vs people mgmt. issues, getting their lunch eaten by Progressive

They need to change it to years of service plus age equals a magic number for full retirement benefits and let a lot of old timers go on out.

Single pmt annuity at 800k cost covers 55000 per year. For those of us with 20+ years of service, SF has had money locked away for a long time to cover pensions...hence the "fully funded".
@b4 lol 10 k a year my pension starts next year 55k a year after 38 years. Go ahead and take it but it's gonna cost 1.4.
There is the pension troll, that is not the way the pension works. The pension will be frozen but for different reasons.
Freeze the pension then pay $10k for each year you have in the pension. 5 years equals $50,000. 35 years equals $350,000. Then move on. Pension is ki-ling the company. Financial drain.
No they just make you miserable, reassign you, micro-manage you, hire a 2040 workforce , will be taking away benefits and use constant stress and unbearable pressure to either fire you or make you reassign. Cancel your policies, tell your friends, and subvert every effort they make to ruin you!
