Is there any insight as to whether upcoming rumoured 10/28 layoffs include international / phase 2 employees or is more US heavy?

@b3 It was a guess. Do you mean it's obvious to say that all offices will have layoffs? We don't know for sure. You can enlighten us then.

I'm guessing all offices will be impacted in some way. Most will be from the US just because proportionately there are more employees there.
