Anyone with any knowledge know what’s happening with Esurance processing? We understand licensed phone reps are going to nat gen for phones and unlicensed phone reps went to Allstate claims. However, no one seems to have a clue what they are doing with the people in processing department???

Well because Esurance is still around and still selling and people still work at Esurance! That’s why it’s a discussion! Thanks. If you don’t have any answers or helpful info move onto another post & keep your stupid comments to yourself.
How long ago did Allstate abandon the Esurance brand? Why is this even a discussion?
Licensed Reps are going to a 3rd party company based in Bangladesh called WNS, or receiving a release date in January if in a UN. I have heard / seen everyone is supposed to know more as of January. Fingers crossed you and those in processing get some answers!
