Not a surprise. Saw this coming a year ago when they started laying off most it’s work force and offering relocation packages to Detroit plants. Then dropping to one shift, that has been laid off due to chip shortage more than I think any other plant in the company. And the lowest volume vehicle I think they make.
Rumors are they’re going to turn it into a battery plant or they may just let it die like they did the normal plant years ago.
