Cheap basterdes
Another way to force employees to leave or retire. Erode the benefits and they will leave on their own. Next will be the pension just wait.

That’s ok, I’ve been offsetting these increases in other ways from EM. That will continue and they’ll never be wiser. Good job HR and Work Force team.
“Moderate”, not minimal, certainly not 0, I’m sure their definition of moderate will equal higher increases than we would consider moderate.
Clearly continue to show the diminishing value our leadership places on employees.
