Over the last year most of Marks direct reports have left or been forced out/replaced. Obviously something isn’t right. Maybe Monish should take a look at the actual problem, and replace him with a good leader instead?

It so sad to see such a horrible person come in and wreck so many good people’s lives. Hopefully karma catches up to these folks.
It doesn’t matter, with Monish calling the shots (mind you, he was Technology guy at GE as well, whatever that means), very limited things any IT leader will be able to do and impact. They will be busy laying off people few times a year and adjusting to new norms.
this is another example of external hire executive but different culture fit.
Tire man need to take note as he intend to bring in 3 external SVP level to his EO organizations. now it is all interim filled
Agreed. 3M IT used to actually be a pretty good place to work. Now not so much.
