With all these safety incidents I’ve noticed a lot of HSE positions going to India. Just putting that out there.

How the mighty HES organization has fallen into this abomination HSE organization. For all those that built Chevron's strong HES culture must be rolling over in there retirement as they see this rebranded HSE organization fail time after time.
Lol. Like HSE has any impact on these high consequence events.
They lack the functional knowledge and are viewed as a bunch of paperwork jockeys.
Ops guys will be better served with HSE 10,000 miles away.
