@a3 so the institutional holdings are still considered free float. The only non float is XOM portion

@a1 FYI, that won't do a damn thing. Only 5% of Imperial outstanding shares are "free float". The rest are with EM, institutional investors, brokerage houses, financial institutions and employee saving plan and options.
