Protest filling out OHS survey (bonus for managers)

Do not fill out the OHS survey. The only reason executives are constantly pinging everyone to fill it out daily is because this ties directly to their bonus metrics. The higher the response rate, the more bonus/goal they meet. Hit them where there wallet it is they seriously want to have our voices heard and that they are held accountable for their poor leadership.

I didn’t fill it out - and it felt like a win to passively tell The Man to sc--w himself.

As a people manager I can assure you our personal MIPs are not influenced one way or another by our teams OHS results. Maybe excomm but not your everyday middle managers.

Your direct manager's bonus is also tied to this survey. We found out which questions affect our manager directly and only rate those ones well. My problem is not with my manager, it's with senior leadership.
I agree that not filling out the survey is the best protest. Will consider in the future. I assume since so many execs are begging us to fill it out, it must be pretty important for some reason. I wonder if Geoff gets dinged for poor response?

Nothing results of this OHS survey even when year after year we say we have no trust in this executive leadership. They just get their check mark and bonus, and just ignore all of us and move on. Stop feeding their ego and their pocket books.

Fill in every response with neutral or 'Don't Know'. So we can all get our participation trophies.
