This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They could care less about employees, distribution partners, and of course policy owners. They have striped assets out of the life companies to mother AIG to pay for the bloated leadership salaries and bonuses. They always talk a good game about caring for employees. During COVID they locked down travel and put in a VAX mandate to enter the offices. That ki---d business for the life company and which meant little or no production bonus for the regular folk. Now they want everyone back in the office, no vax required, and travel away. The phony wokeness is just a fad as well. They keep cutting jobs, with the grand scheme of outsourcing everything to Accenture and Microsoft. Corebridge will be a failure in 3-5 years and gobbled up by another carrier, but don't worry the management will make out on the deal and sc--w everyone else.

Thankfully CRBG isn’t taking the same position, many jobs are posted as hybrid now, and many recent hires have been hired as either hybrid or remote
Who wrote above "I expect an announcement soon that the pre Covid 4 days a week in the office will be the expectation with tracking of those that are not. " Is either not an AIG employee anymore or he doesn't read Contact news, becase PZ said this already months ago
Return to office is back on with a vengeance. I expect an announcement soon that the pre Covid 4 days a week in the office will be the expectation with tracking of those that are not. re-examining all remote workers regardless if you were hired for a remote position or moved to remote. Petey’s micromanagement is only going to get worse and I expect they will RIF whatever remaining employees AIG has and use any excuse for it. Cant wait to see how well Accenture runs this company given what has been given to Accenture has failed miserably
