You would have gotten it already.
Read the email more slowly.
It clearly says it's a discretionary raise between you and management.
You would have been notified weeks ago.
The only rase you will get is jumping on an order picker.

I got 1.2% for the semi-annual a couple months ago.
I got 3% for the "generous" 10 December "increase."

Lowes raises are their best jedi mind trick. If a raise comes they cut hours. But you're not supposed to see that. Just shut up and load that mulch.
