Funny how some managers acts shocked when talent leaves

How hard is it to figure out that if you keep rewarding the wrong behaviors, you’ll drive away the very people keeping the lights on? The incompetence is staggering. It’s like watching someone intentionally burn their own house down and then complain it’s cold.

Yes, Gainwell has tons of visa employees whose Green card was sponsored by Gainwell -

1-They joined on H1B visa
2-After few years of employment cry about getting green card - thousands of $$$ in fees
3-Continue to cost Gainwell $$ for DOL processing delays until GC is granted years later.

Fragomen is the vendor who is paid $$$ in fees/annual contracts/special emergency processing fees etc.

I had 10+ emps - overall GW, total count with these needs is upwards of 1500+ emps in US. There are emps who are being brought onshore from GW-India on L1/2 visa (with their dependent families) which is additional $$$ cost to Gainwell.

Total drain annually on taxpayer/client budgets. This MUST stop!!
Hire local American with no visa needs.
