Was made aware from this site from comms because of supposedly “disinformation” here. Turns out most is right on, the only “disinformation” is that it does not conform with the official lies being told by management.

The Execs can disprove all of us and not so any layoffs from now to Next year … but else it’s a big pie in the sky if they refer to this information stream being Untrue !!! And it’s not them it’s the BGs which are the bad guys who report to them. Talk about fair Business conduct and ethical behavior not !!
1hde+1k5i5qAm I assume the reason is so that the pension fund stays somewhat solvent. Layoff all with pension for 30% less lump sum...or cut the benefit and pay out to keep your job. No inside info, just my thoughts.
2023 pension lump sum distribution will decrease 30% due to interest rates.
Boomers retiring next year during the height fit of layoff season will bear the brunt.
