I just can’t figure out the need for it. Is it so we can all be a little more out of our minds than usual, worrying and stressing nonstop?

As of Q3 of 2024, New Senior managers are not truthful and don't know the business. Not all divisions are the same and mgmt styles lack engagement with employees. Very sad!
