Am I the only one worried about all the changes happening and how things will look and function once it’s all done? Yes, I know things weren’t great before, but some of the people leaving were among the better leaders we had, and who knows who’s going to replace them. Some change is good, but too much too fast can ruin this place really quickly.

@bb I would love to get any insight about this too!
@bb "The beatings will continue until morale improves."
I'm curious about how the employee life benefits/fun will change. Maybe less parties, less movie screenings, adding a dress code, no early dismissals for holidays. Things like that make a company different and enjoyable outside of just doing your work.
Who are you to judge whether leaders are good or bad, do they often come to you for your suggestions of who to lay off? Life isn't fair - ever hear of that by now? Most likely laid off because of their salary or they made complaints or the were involved as witnesses or complainants in lawsuits
Just concentrate on your role, your work and whom you reports too .
Top level executives know to safeguard their interests and money.
And keep looking out and be ready with options .
