Even front line mangers don’t understand the 101 and thirty. Basically 101 people were identified in ET of which the quota is to get rid of thirdy via voluntary severance or layoff. The other 69 will continue on like nothing happened Lol

@cy No, they don’t. Not if they have less than thirty years in agency. And very few of those folks are still on the old pre AA97 contract.
I’m a retired AA97. My retirement is what I saved for myself. And Social Security when I decide to take it. But even that is because I incorporated and then hired myself.

@a9 Your agent, if younger than 60, has never worked inside the company, hasn’t been invited to a meeting with other agents in ten years, and has no training in how an insurance company actually works.
Not the agent’s fault. That’s just how it works these days.

@ab YES, I got to city line and wonder if we started hiring people from the HOOD. Prior to covid you could meet legends of ET like O'dells... now its saggy pants hoodrats

Agents do not get a pension. That went away when we moved from the AA97 contract to the AA05! There are some older contracts still out there but just a fraction!

Only 100 people drop in ET doesn't make sense because that would hardly make any impact on the overall expenses that are needed to be reduced.

Same troll...again you have no idea what you are talking about. 70% of auto and fire claims employees have been at SF 2 years or less! It's why this place is a total sh-t show. 15% have been here 4 years or less. You do the rest of the math Einstein! They discontinued the pension for new hires January 01, 2021. So stop trolling or get back in the phone in Express! It's the price they have to pay to keep the wheels on and make up for all the low wage degenerates they keep bringing in the door. They will eventually freeze the pension, but it will only be to run people off with a marginal expense savings!

Ask your agent why rates keep increasing when over 50,000 employees have a pension waiting for them. Demand your agent call executive and freeze it now!
