Anyone else hoping to get laid off with 3 to 6 months of total pay? A little motivation and cushion while you look for a better company to give your time and energy to.

If it's such a terrible place to work why haven't all you lo5ers left already? We can't wait to get rid off all the dead weight and complainers.

Plain and simple. GF is by and far the absolute worst place I have ever worked for. And it isnt my coworkers or colleagues but the managers and leadership and environment they have cultivated here. It’s chaotic nonlogical unjust and full of lies.
I’ve already started applying to other companies. Also contacted a headhunter to get the ball rolling. I’m leaving regardless if I survive or get cut from GF. Would be amazing if I can get the 90 days of warn pay along with severance. I want to take a little back from Gf for all the hard work, stress and grief I’ve experienced here.
Shareholders need to get their money worth … we are all expendable .. and a cost to the bottom line … past layoffs package was lousy … only the Voluntary package was decent
Whatever happens .. it is all bad here in GF. Such a depressing place it has become .. Only Tom and all a-s lickers in AME, Integration and Ops are happy as all will survive and rot in Luther forest until their coffin is ready for them to be buried there. Let us leave this place . It does not deserve talents. It deserves a-s kickers, corrupts and failed guys.
It is a scary precedent when companies layoff even when in good financial standing. I can longer trust any employer.
Yes, Please. I have another job lined up. Give me a severance package and some sweet paid time off to make my family's relocation easier.
There is nothing embarrassing about being laid off. It can happen to amazing & hardworking people & it is devastating to them & the people they leave behind.
Well, I can think of a few people that I or my friends have referred for jobs at my new place that would be cool to get double paid for awhile.
