So far there's been 0 points after the "Appreciation" event.
Mike and Monish are living in an echo chamber. They hear only what the support staff want them to hear. Everything's filtered. It's like old memo that used to hang by copiers in the production plants. Where something starts at the ground level as a complaint. People call a new porposed policy a piece of sh!t. As the message moves up the ladder then word stench is changed to aroma and by the time it reaches the top, upper management believe people really love the sh!t and make it a mandatory policy.
That's the best way to see how Mikey thinks 250 points is a huge appreciation award that only swell companies like 3M give out to such ungrateful employees who post here.
Dont worry, with all the winning segment marketing is showing in their ppt slides, well be dining on truffles and champagne in 2023!!
