Basically, I don't care about this company anymore, I'm looking for a way to exit, but when I look back I can't even explain to myself how this place, which used to be really great, has become almost a case study on how to destroy a successful company. What do you think, what wrong moves had the biggest impact on the steep decline of this company?

I just think it’s great that the new products are selling so well. This is why we have to pay top dollar for the best senior leadership. We’re safe in their hands. Personally I’d be willing to forgo my bonus forever just to keep their wise hands on the tiller.
Safe finances, great technical leadership and an inspiring strategy that we can all believe. They look far ahead and Permira clearly have every confidence in a bright future.
Taking the difficult decision now to get rid of all that dead wood is what true business success is about.
