@cj Really? Get over yourself. In 36 years as an agent, I NEVER had a policyholder complain about any benefits. Sure, they all complain about rate increases….even after five consecutive rate decreases and a 10% rebate.
Stop making sh-t up.
If STD goes away then the pension needs to be frozen. Many policyholders are furious it still exists while their premiums increase year after year. Seems a message. Cancel cancel cancel
How can you ruin something you have to qualify for? Is it the employees fault too for being approved after having to jump through hoops to get paperwork filled out? Or should they blame their doctors for filling out the paperwork. Last time I checked you can't abuse something you have to qualify for. You cant make this sh-t up lol
I used to get made at people for abusing it but now, I cheer them on! Take that FMLA too! Get that ADA accommodation! This sh-t hole company is so unethical and basically criminal, I don't have any issue with anyone using any benefit available to benefit themselves. SF will bend you over at the drop of a dime and not blink an eye. Why should employees be any different! You can't steal from a thief.
