No one has to suffer, C or M suite. Everyone should carry their weight though. The series of bad decisions, from people who are paid to make decisions, is ridiculous.

@av We can all read stock market charts. The C suite isn't suffering enough for the fallout from their decisions. If they are let go, they get giant golden parachutes as a reward for their incompetence and harm to front line workers lives.

@av The longer you are here, the better the odds are that you will feel the impact. Do not believe your thoughts that the company can’t do without you. All employees are a line item expense and if the company is not selling solutions, cutting employees is the only way to make the numbers.
