Is it true the packages last month were cut compared to past rounds? It used to be 20 years guaranteed a year. Is that still the case?

its been 2 weeks a year depending on your level for years. those under contract (VP+) get those paid out.
When I was laid off spring of 2020, they paid severance biweekly for an established length of time.
What makes you guys so sure that this company can afford severance at all?
I’m unsure. But can you take your severance all at once as a lump payment or is it spread out weekly?
