Curious what the old and new salary bands look like. Please post your CL, Rank, Old salary, New salary. I haven't received mine yet, but here is my info: CL 27, VG, Old salary $230k.

Here is an accurate data point for reference:
CL 28 MPT mid-point is currently $260,110.71. If you get a bump to CL 28 and you are below that, it is a good sign. If you are over for a long time, you may not make it to executive ranks.
