Glad to see some of these people go, equally sad to see others go. Make no mistake, those bitter enough didnt have the ba--s to leave on their own accord. If this place was so bad, why did you stay?

Was this happening just last Thursday or is there more to come this week?
High performance reviews but job is being “relocated” outside of the US. Never mind the employees that add value, let’s just see who we can pay the least to fumble their way through. And most likely will have to hire a contractor to come in to unscrew the mess when money is lost because of incompetence.
Very sad to hear about colleagues losing their jobs right before the holidays. The work load keeps on piling up; quotas increasing with a shrinking market; resources are limited. To those leaving, I'm sorry.
Also in globals. Today was intense. Not sure what the final % reduction shakes out to be. Global went into this slim. Have not heard of any names in leadership affected.
Canada Channel sales team here, got the call this morning that I was affected by the "position reduction". Ki----g my number and have only received "Strong" ratings on performance. Totally blindsided and heartbroken.
Just got the call. I’m in IDG field sales. Major Global accounts. Hitting my number and great pipeline - and a not part of my manager’s “Inner circle…”. No surprise as Lenovo uses these opportunities to clean house at the same time. I feel for those left behind. The work remains, and they have to pick it up.
What was the severance package? How many were affected?
appears to be everywhere. I go hit.. dodged them fro 25 years in the industry.. did not miss this one.
Does anyone know divisions affected?
A coworker just got let go. I think I am safe, but who knows with this company. I can't wait to absorb his whole workload!
