Thousands of customer success specialists from CX went to vegas from all over the world including India China Portugal Poland etc to attend extremely underwhelming training 2 days on the weekend before GSX and didn’t even get to stay for GSX. Millions of $$$ down the drain in international travel for everyone. Would rather have a full merit program than this crapshow. Sales kickoff I understand important but in the name of technical training of 2 days travel from across the globe just to hang out and drink is not the best use of resources. Good job CX leadership yet again.

100% they don’t bring value or money
the cx css should just be cut -- same with customer experience manager - just over head

the Cisco SKO was a huge failure. "leadership" spewed 1-cisco nonsense and every prez was coloured with AI slop.
AI was used to create the horrid content and AI was used to justify wasting shareholder money.

@a5 its amazing the one single thing everyone screams "we need this training" and they refuse to do it.
