Every time I join one of these calls, I think im about to get laid off. Instead, I am greeted with corny 80s rock, corporate skits, and hardcore kool-aid.

It's just the exec trying to be relevant. Most of them are not relevant never been relevant, provide no guidance, just a diversity hire. Waste of time. Just want the paycheck.
