I was working in Jersey City for a while. JPM has good parking for its employees. Citi provides none. Commuting with multiple train/path hops is a pain. Its easy to travel to NYC or WTC. Rutherford is far better for working from NJ but the problem is Rutherford is too remote. Warren was the best we had.

Jersey City has about 3000 people.

A lot of the technology teams sit there so it must be many people. I had once heard they have space issues there so some of the tech folks were coming in once a week to 388 to complete the 3 day requirement. But dunno how many layoffs there have happened
