Well, when the President of Enterprise Services has a financial stake in moving as much as possible to India AND you have a management culture who a) wants cheap labor and b) wants 'yes' people-you get ANI getting phased out and operations moving to a 3rd world toilet.

They're targeting a 1500 headcount in ANI by 2027 and 1200 by 2030. This is why John Healy left.

I'm not surprised hundreds have been sacked to be honest as there was a lot of dead weight on all the teams I worked on prior to 2019/2020.

It's quite funny but not at all surprising that senior ANI management had the previous thread pulled. A few of them were rightfully called out by name, had their feathers ruffled and had the discussion ki-led out. This is the exact same way they deal with their employees, so why should it be any different with free speech? Such petty, toxic, and vicious people.
