This is predictably true.
A lot of WW are now in middle management positions. Their only experience in tech is project management. Which is not really tech.
It’s common for average developers to lie and these WW can’t tell the difference.

They always fake their way in. Same happened with robotics. You only realise that they know nothing when they get here
All the managers hired during the pandemic should be a bigger target than a tech person. At this point, immigrant employees are not the biggest problem.
