@aj How’d assuming positive intent go for the people rug pulled by demotions/pay cuts?

@a2 Are the other GPs’ areas as large as his? If he had done a Q&A and didn’t answer enough questions—or didn’t answer them the way you expected—you would have been upset. He said there would be a town hall. Isn’t part of Jones culture about assuming positive intent of others?

Personally, the change that were made in my area will help decision making and our agility. While losing a handful of team members is tough. We’ll be better as a team in the long run.

I was displaced so I was uninvited to the meeting. But, I was told they quickly showed the new org chart and folks were quickly trying to see who wasn’t on there and then they didn’t leave any time for questions. Folks were told to email them to the GP or Sr. Director. Madness.

A bunch of "there's opportunity in uncertainty" corporate spin.

@a1 that's a specific GP thing and if you were in software I think we know who it is. I was in several today and all the other GP's had Q&A and were human. Only one I saw today kept the harsh attitude and the fear of "i'm that guy".
