Seriously, where is my f*ing email? Have meeting with director tomorrow on new re-org and structure changes. Still employed for now.
Surprise, surprise, Human Capital drops the ball yet again and doesn't get the emails out when expected.

@aa actually just noticed it says “Project Management all hands” assuming that is the new division title maybe.
This is just the start…this is just part one of a multi year shift to outsource, AI and reduced count.
Just got a meeting invite for an all hands meeting tomorrow from our divisions GP (Digital).
Pretty dry and unapologetic description;
Semi summarized: Cascade 2 is now completely including associate moves and leader changes.
The purpose of this meeting is to share updates on changes, what this means for you moving forward and outline your next steps in our transition.
I expect like the Cascade 1: here is the org chart; remember we are One Edward jones and no other details or explanations on what these areas are doing.

I think I am safe (only from Cascade 2), but it is 5:41 pm and I really want that email. Ugh.
@a6 The official offers for the associates who have another position offer, and the official layoff documention with your last working day.
@a3 I doubt it. They said by Wednesday offers would go out (assuming to those affected) and everyone would get an email end of day today apparently.
My understanding is if you didn’t get a call, then nothing changed for you. Same job, leader, grade, salary…
