end Sep will be Merit announcement . But dont put any hopes on it looking at the measly CPF. Better start looking else where for that 20%+ increment.

Comp review statements are available to managers on Sep 18 and individual comp review statements are available to everyone on Sep 26. Rewards conversations are supposed to happen between those two dates.
@OP you will receive notice to go on November 13.
The merit budget is probably the worst it’s been in at least a decade, maybe more. Don’t expect anything.
Can confirm there is no budget for merit.
Managers used to have dialogue with employees thanking on their hard work and telling their bonus payout.
Now they avoid interaction in fear of other questions that can come up especially around LR. So now you get email with bonus letter PDF with money details. Don’t expect much with low CPF.
The merit discussion will be later like last year (October). Bonus within the week before you get it

The FY25 bonus payout in the US is Friday, Sept. 26. The merit/promo cycle is split in two; first phase effective November 1 and second phase effective May 1.
Bonus payday for NA is Sept 26, I believe. I feel like the conversation about the bonus happens a week or two ahead of that. Usually the raise discussion happens at the same time?
Bonus is usually paid around october so expect the call around mid september or early october. Promo/merit is a few months later but you shouldn't expect anything as there are budget cuts all over the place.
