Pepsico should have provided a WARN notice and they did not. This is a requirement by the WARN Act to give employees 60 days notice. No such notice was given and employees are entitled to me compensated with pay and benefits for all 60 days they didn't provide notice. If found in violation of the WARN Act, they have to pay claimants legal fees too. If impacted contact an employment lawyer; if you know others impact contact the lawyer as a group because there is power in numbers.

They are compensated and if not just watch the Netflix Pepsi/Harrier Jet series and realize that legal is pretty iron clad at PepsiCo.
