Dont expect much from this place. I packed up my bags long time back. Writing was on the wall long time back. Indira decided to move everything to her home country and that is the direction for a central India operation. So much for being an american company; it is more now an indian company - no disrespect meant. It seems now everyone i hear is a senior manager or director; what happened to regular people.
it was a great place while it lasted.
Unfortunately, very few public companies give a flat dime about the employees unless you are C-Suite
It’s my understanding that they are over tomorrow.
at the end of the day..... Share price is performing very well, which is all that matters to the board.
For me, my last day is this Friday. Beyond being shocked I was impacted, I was shocked my end date was so soon. Oh well, zero transition on top of all the sudden retirements last week….good luck with all the institutional knowledge lost!
Are they still forcing laid off folks to stay for a torturous 90 days after the axe falls? I got it in ‘19. It was a very long, boring 90 days.
Every 3 to 4 years? We go through this every year !
We’re asking if we’re safe or not…is this anyway to live. The job is stressful enough. Now every 3 to 4 years you have to wonder if you going to win the lottery and keep your job. Too many opportunities for you to keep the faith

This is the norm at PepsiCo. If you can’t take the heat get out of the fire. Please remember you’re just a number. They….I mean DLT talk about the Pepsi family and then the cuts come….all very scripted and fit for media but you don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. Just know if you make it thru this one and you plan a career with this company you’ll go thru this every 3 to 4 years……no fun❗️I’m here because I’ve got many years invested but if I was starting my career I would be gone. Most of of the college recruits coming into the company now see the writing on the wall and leave 2 or 3 years. The company is run by kids who don know the policies or have any experience. We don’t service the customers….stores are empty and our reputation is &$@“). Share is suffering and all the company is concerned with is how much we can raise our net price. If you would have told me 20 years ago we would have a report come out everyday on how many routes sat today…..I would tell you you’re crazy. It’s here. We transport sugar water from A - to - B. It doesn’t need to be so complicated
