All the hard work put in from largely not industry people here and they sh-t all over us like this. If I see Tom say team one more fu----g time in an email.

Yes it’s more bs from mgt and hr. They want us to buy into the family concept but they don’t actually practice or subscribe to it. They need to be held accountable for such nefarious borderline evil pysch ops. They can not be allowed to pull these stunts anymore where they talk about Globalfoundries “values”. And you know they will when dust settles. They want placid cows.
At end of day they truly care. Where will the “family” be this holiday season when you can’t buy gifts for your children because you have to make sure your bills are covered. Honestly it’s pretty damn evil
Our department calls the group "family". It's absolutely cringe every time I hear that word used to describe the department. Actual family don't put each other in mental anguish like this.
Yes exactly. I have never seen such a work environment. Management is partly to blame too. This is very unprofessional how all of it is handled. It is amateur. And pathetic but that hs exactly what Globalfoundries is. Plain and simple it is not a good company by any measure or metric. And our leadership and managers are the rejects who cutting cut it at a more prestigious or more well known company.
