After all this, I don't believe that anyone has trust in leadership anymore. Their terrible way of management, all the lies we have heard have led to an atmosphere of mistrust in this company. How will they later restore the lost trust? It will be difficult, if not impossible.

But for some reason it feels so much worse at Globalfoundries then other places. There are like layers to it at GF. Other companies it’s pretty straight forward. GF like went out of their way to manipulate, gaslight and misdirect us. It was more than just a bold face lie. Which makes it worse and nefarious. At bare minimum very unprofessional but they are trying hard to make us believe it is professional. It’s not. Other places don’t behave like this. Very amateur inexperienced childlike handling of this situation
trusting senior management is the last thing you should do while working in Corporate America, I have learned it the hard way that you should always keep your interest supreme as company loyalty is a gullible bs; looks this time around they have ruined everyone’s holiday plans, even for the folks who are not on the chopping block, they can’t plan ahead until things clear up by 12/15 and then it will be too late anyway
TC is doing everything to secure himself. I am not surprised by whatever he is doing as he just need to keep it doing until numbers stay good until one day Mubadala wakes up and soles the company. I am not seeing much future and this state is going to last until company is sold. If you are not laid off, just start planning for next move as volunteer severance package may not be attractive enough for all.
They have to do another round in 2023, why need any trust?

For me, I’ve never trusted any corporation I’ve worked for to have my best interest placed above the bottom line, profits. I’m expendable.
For NGC coming into careers, this is normal business. This is why you always make decisions that best for you, do not worry about company. This will always be numbers. Not personal. You look for new job every 5 years to know salary.
Yea final in coffin with this current administration leading and managing at Globalfoundries. There has been so many lies, misdirections, misleading and misrepresentating so many different elements of work. From large global agendas to individual elements like compass. It’s never exactly what they say it is. And all of these things big and small level all come together to create the toxic work environment we all operate in. There is no hiding or disguising it any longer. It’s over Globalfoundries is done
