@OP the local dealer treats me like a VIP for bringing them so much warranty work. To them, I am the same as a customer that pays them $7000 per year in repairs, except Ford is the one paying the bill, so they don't have to deal with haggling, coupons, annoyed customers, and all the other bullsh-t when they try to get a customer to pay for repairs.

@c3 ask that same LLM to be more critical and include data on Ford's recalls this year and post what it says. Anybody can get an LLM to say anything depending on their prompt.

@c3 "quality leadership". Sure if you say past is the past over and over, absolving you of any wrongdoing. "Ford is setting the bar"... hmm. Custom instructions to glorify Ford in GPT? "Ford is listening, learning, and leading" You mean Ford is LISTENING. Ford is LEADING. Leading where? STOP ASKING! Learning? Not from mistakes! We don't make mistakes!

@c3 We lie about official internal reports. How can one trust this? You know what happens when someone tries to call out fabricated reports here? Punishment. Little mentorship known as a lesson.

@c3 I’m sure Ford “won” their internal quality study before the cars even hit the road. Recalls prove they weren’t safe or reliable in the first place. What are J.D. Not Vance Awards anyway, pay-to-play marketing trophies? None of this matters, because the real scoreboard is recalls and owners stuck in service bays. Is J.D. Not Vance Awards compromised? Who funds the study? Do automakers pay to participate, bankroll the surveys, and then we-ponize the results in ads?
