I did warn some months ago that one BU was planning a very large cut. There was pushback from management and they settled on 10% last I heard.
SBG is a joke
Yeah this will be the second year of something like this happening to me.i actually got pretty upset with my manager last year, but I’m just going to find another job if they pull that sh** again. It’s not like I’m a slacker either, but I’m not going to let them take advantage of me.

What a joke. So we get less and less compensation and no job security...
@a9 TG (et all) have plausible deniability. They can say: “Well these people aren’t executing on my strategic vision”. After each quarter, and to maintain an illusion of progress, SBG gets a re-org to “better align” with that vision. This happens for a few years or until TG can’t re-org his way out of accountability. But at that point, SBG is dead and he’s already moving on to the next grift.

Notice, none of the execs have taken a hit and they are still clueless abt the direction of SBG. Said so much but said nothing, especially SS.

Notice how none of the higher level leader like SS or Tom G have gotten cut. If the Security business isn’t performing they go after ICs but never take accountability for their poor performance and business strategy

Net profit does not secure your job. Top performer does not secure your job. Be a MVP in the team does not secure your job. Become SVP closest friends does regardless the performance or profit
