It’s frustrating to see so many managers sitting in endless meetings while the people who actually got things done are gone. The company is for some reason keeping the wrong people and losing the real value. It makes you wonder how decisions are even made anymore.

Management have their hands tied. Their boss implemented unrealistic expectations.
Decisions are not made. And the managers that made decisions were exiled. It is a circus with titled entertainers now. For me it's been a transition from irritating to mildly entertaining. That hatchet will fall soon.
