Isn’t the stated point of return to office that we collaborate with our team in person?
It looks like our team will be divided up across the building. We don’t even sit by each other.

This RTO to "collaborate" is a joke. Majority of the people I work with are located in India. When I asked if I can go visit my team, I was told we didn't have the budget for travel.
This is how I've handled it at my facility. I simply refuse to flush the toilet. Yep, just up and leave whatever I put there.
Smelling it is one form of collaboration. But the real magic happens when my coworkers have to flush it. A real meeting of the minds that should make any RTO imbecile proud!
