Over 25 years went out the window yesterday. Survived many layoffs prior to this. Started as a engineer then as a supervisor at Pepsi plant and eventually transitioned over to IT (SAP certified trainer amongst other skills). I hope as others say it is bright on the other side because transmission on my nine year old Explorer blew out last week ($3500). Best advice I received from a former colleague was to have a good linkedin profile. If anyone knows someone who can help in creating a good linkedin profile in Westchester area it would be appreciated.

When I was lay-off last year we got the ZOOM call.
is it just HQ people? I have not heard anyone in the field. The email I received stated HQ Plano and Chicago associates to work from home
Is everyone getting a Zoom call, or only those affected. I am at FLNA HQ and was told that everyone would be getting a meeting invite for a call to learn their fate.

Yep. I was just told my position is going offshore.
sending more IT jobs to India for sure. Not surprised at all. IT support from India provides subpar service with language barriers, but I'm sure it's cheap
