Why do we have to have layoffs all the time? In my opinion, this is inhumane.
We all get stressed out, and I do not think that executives are enjoying the process either.
It's simply insane to do it so frequently.Imagine the psychological toll this takes on the average worker. Someone who has children at home; those who rely on her or him.
There has to be a better way...
I just went on LinkedIn and my department's VP posting about the new fleet of Tesla. Unbelievable hypocrites !
If your preformance is good. You don't need to worry about layoff.
If you've been here long enough this comes with the territory. It's the same at every other Fortune 50. Appreciate your time with colleagues and the enjoyable aspects of your role as it eventually comes to an end regardless.
