The whole atmosphere of the company has become increasingly toxic? I feel like we're being monitored a bit more than we should be- and threatened accordingly.
People seem to be fleeing left and right lately. What gives?

Return to office mandates are the main reason- as a result, you have people with loads of knowledge leaving, left no documentation of what they did or how they did it, then you have a brand new person coming in starting from ground zero- but at least you have in office collaboration (yeah right), that makes up for it🤣
But isn't this true for most corporate cultures, especially in mid to large sized banks?
