Upper management has way too many chiefs and number crunchers constantly trying to outdo each other. It slows everything down and makes real work harder to get done.

What? Trim the actual fats. Tell that to APAC operation where certain department are adding more layer of fat to their current bloated management.
@OP yep but we are not at Amazon here where they had the ba--s to get rid of all the middle layers in January and trim the fat!
